In transportation, we realize that the commodity is not the job – it is the driver. So, we are bringing drivers to our site who are looking for new opportunities, and to allow you to "introduce" your company to them with a bid. Our concept is simpler for the driver, and easier for the company.

For starters, our site will allow you to search for available drivers using specific criteria, such as years of experience, endorsements, region of operation, and more. Plus, every driver will undergo a basic vetting process to ensure quality candidates that meet your hiring criteria. No wasting your time screening hundreds of applicants. We will make better use of your recruiting time.
Will the drivers really be vetted?
As part of the Bid4Drivers registration process, all drivers will have preliminary background checks run through HireRight. As you know, the reports cannot legally be shared. But, Bid4Drivers will use the reports to confirm information entered by the drivers during the registration process, as communicated through our exclusive Bid4Drivers "Driver Check™". You can search for candidates with confidence.
Is there any charge to get started?
Bid4Drivers offers two site membership options. For companies the only hire drivers from time to time, we offer a traditional permanent placement fee option. For those companies that continuously hire drivers month after month, we offer a monthly subscription fee option. Contact us for details!
How do I get started?
Simple! Click "Get Started" and register your company. Upon approval, you can setup your company profile and start searching for candidates!
How will Bid4Drivers work for me?
We understand in trucking that the driver is the commodity, not the job. So why should you have to search through hundreds of posts to find your next job? By registering with Bid4Drivers, you will be able to open up bidding from member companies to express their interest in you. If you see an interesting bid, accept it and you will be provided contact information to reach out to the bidding company and finalize a potential job offer.
Will I be in control of the process?
Absolutely! The companies will never be provided your contact information unless it comes directly from you. You will have the power to control your job search. Only you can contact the bidding company to learn more about their opportunity if you accept their bid. If it does not fit, you can decline it and look at other bids. Most importantly, your contact information and job search remains confidential and in your control.
Are all types of drivers eligible to use your service?
Yes – member companies will be seeking all types of drivers, in every region, and in all types of equipment. If you are a new driver out of driving school, many members will be interested in you too!
What types of jobs will companies be looking to fill?
All types of jobs. Local jobs, regional routes and over the road opportunities will be available. We will have drivers and companies from all over the country looking to meet.
Is my personal information protected?
Absolutely. Bid4Drivers will protect your personal information using secure servers and encryption technology.
Why do you need my social security number?
We request your social security number to request preliminary background check reports from HireRight. The reports are not shared with any employers and are strictly used to confirm the driving experience and history you entered. It provides our members a level of confidence that they are expressing interest in high quality drivers like you.
Can I still receive sign-on bonuses from hiring companies?
Of course! Hiring companies will be truly competing against other bidding members, so they will want to offer you the most attractive compensation package to get your attention and to have you consider their bid. If you contact the bidding company and receive an offer, you will still be eligible for all sign-on bonuses offered.
I am an owner-operator. Can I find opportunities here too?
This site and service will be for company drivers only. But don’t worry – we are also working on a site for you! Bid4Rigs.com will also be developed to focus on owner-operator opportunities. You can contact us from this site if you are interested in being notified when that site is ready to go!
